With the exception of digital media (CDs & DVDs), Whole Woman provides a two year guarantee on all of its information products. If at any time after your purchase you decide you would like to return your item, Whole Woman will give you a full refund for the cost of the product. This refund is valid for the price of the product at the time of sale and does not include any shipping or handling charges. This Guarantee is not transferable. Digital media products will be replaced if they are found to be defective and we are contacted with the issue within thirty days of purchase. Otherwise, once opened, digital media products are not returnable.
